Problems with an order must be reported within 3 days, please exam all orders upon delivery.

Iowa orders will have 7% sales tax added automatically, it will be removed upon capture of payment, if copy of permit is on file. Local pickup is available on most Mondays from Jefferson, Iowa.

Coupons at checkout  refer to gift certificates.  We do not offer coupons, as we have phenomenal pricing for everyone all of the time.

Shipping:

We ship orders Monday thru Friday.

Quilters Dream batting already has the shipping figured in on the price listed for the lower 48 states and is currently running about 4 weeks behind for rolls.

If you are an Iowa  resident and you do not have a tax exempt number, state sales tax (7%) will be added to your order.   Sales tax is removed manually if you have a permit on file.

We have no minimum order requirement, anyone may order. 

International Shipping Options

We ship USPS for International orders and you’ll be notified of shipping charges before your order is processed.

Returns & Credits

We are NOT responsible for lost/damaged boxes.

If you need to return merchandise for any reason, you must contact us to obtain a return authorization. (Patterns and videos are not returnable and individual packages of needles for obvious reasons.) Drop shipped items are non-returnable.  All items returned must be in new condition. (if you purchased thread you cannot get to run in your machine, we aren’t going to issue a refund for an open cone) The following terms and conditions apply to returned merchandise:

*Items returned/refused within 30 days will be credited to the credit card they were charged on less a 10% restock charge.

*Items returned after 30 days will be noted on our invoice as a credit (less a 20% restock charge) which may be used for other items.

*No refunds/credits will be made after 30 days.

*Shipping and handling charges both directions are never refunded or credited.
